b. Donations made to support the Server are voluntary and non-refundable.
c. The Server makes no guarantees about in-game item availability, functionality, or longevity.
6. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATIONS
a. The Server reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the game at any time.
b. This Agreement may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Server implies acceptance of changes.
c. The Server may terminate any account found in violation of this Agreement without prior notice.
7. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

b. The Server is not responsible for loss of data, account issues, in-game disruptions, or damages resulting from use of the game.
c. Users access and use the Server at their own risk.
