Upgrading

Meteors: Meteors are stony or metallic masses that fly through space. When the meteor hit the ground (becomes a meteorite), you can pick it up and use it to do amazing things!

Meteors have mighty power. If this power is melded into items, it can upgrade them while retaining their integrity and quality. For example, level 60 super items may become level 70 super items. The higher the level, the more difficult the upgrading. Failed improvements won't reduce the items quality, but will drop its durability.

Dragon Balls: Dragon Balls are magical vessels of powerful essence. They can be used to make just about any improvement to your character. Likewise, you can up-level your items just like you do with meteors.

Obtaining Them: These items are dropped by monsters, but can also be bought from other players. Requirements: Upgrading costs meteors, meteor tears or dragon balls. Your items must not be damaged in any way when you upgrade them (they have to be at maximum durability) There are five levels of quality: Normal, Refined, Unique, Elite, Super.

Artisan Wind: Talk to Artisan Wind to open the improve window. Unequip the item you want to improve and drag it from your inventory to the big slot in the upgrade window. Drag a meteor, meteor tear or dragon ball to the small slot. Click on "Improve" to upgrade.
Advantages: You may upgrade your item with only one meteor, meteor tear or dragon ball.
Disadvantages: Sometimes Artisan Wind fails to upgrade the items, you may spend more meteors, meteor tears or dragon balls to try again. Basically, the higher your item level, the more difficult it is for Artisan wind to upgrade and hence, the lower the success rate.

Magic Artisan: Carry the item with the required meteors, meteor tears or dragon balls to the market.
     Arm yourself with the item you want to upgrade. Talk to Magic Artisan. Select upgrade the level or quality. Select the item you want to upgrade. The higher the level or the quality, the more meteors, meteor tears or dragon balls required.

Advantages: Once you give the required meteors, meteor tears or dragon balls, magic artisan never disappoints you. His chance of success is 100%.

Disadvantages: Magic artisan charges a certain meteors, meteor tears, dragon balls.

Notes: The level of the following items can only be upgraded at Weapon Master with a DragonBall.

Fixed Items: Fixed items are unique and powerful items that resist all attempts to enchant, socket or upgrade. Their resistance is so strong that they even resist the power of dragon balls!
Many believe that their resistance is because of a strong sense of personality and stubbornness on the weapon's part. Such weapons have had a long history behind them and have an identity that prevents them from changing.

Where can I get Fixed Items: Bosses or quests can drop these items or grant you these items. Bosses include messengers, aids and kings. Lords can be bosses too sometimes.
